At Dental Choice, we believe that a beautiful smile is priceless and quality excellent care doesn't have to be expensive! That's why we offer several options to help you manage the financial aspect of your care.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans. Please contact us to see if your plan is one.

Payment Options

We accept payments by personal check (with credit card backup), as well as the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Dental Choice, P.C. also provides patients with several options for payment. We have Dental Plans such as our Select Courtesy Dental Plan, Finance options through Capital One and Insurance Plans provided by Ameri-plan. We will work with you to obtain an option most suitable for you and your family needs!

Dental Plans

Dental Choice, P.C. offers options for dental plans, these are not insurance plans and are suited for the individuals who do not have enough health insurance coverage or do not have health insurance.

Select Courtesy Dental Plan

The Select Courtesy Dental Plan is not dental insurance. It is a discounted fee plan that services the budgetary needs of the Dental Choice, P.C. patient families that currently have no insurance or whose employers do not offer dental insurance. Select Courtesy Dental Plan is offered through our dental health management company, Medident US, Inc. It cannot be used in conjunction with another insurance plan or discounted dental plan. All fees for non-cosmetic procedures not listed will be given a 25% courtesy of the usual and customary fees of the Dental Choice, P.C. organization.

The cost of the plan per family is as follows:

$35.00 per year commitment
$30.00 per year for 2 year commitment - - $60.00
$25.00 per year for 5 year commitment - - $125.00

Pamper your smile and your wallet with our comprehensive cost-effective SmilePlus Plan. Enroll in our prepaid smile-pampering offer and receive one year of our Select Courtesy Dental Plan plus all follow-up on four separate office visits.

Chase Health Advance Financing Options

With Chase Heath Advance financing, there are never any application fees, annual fees, or prepayment penalty fees and approval decisions are instantaneous.

You can also use Chase Heath Advance financing for all your future needs without reapplying. Credit lines range between $5,000 and $20,000 (based on credit approval).

Attractive no interest financing options for 18 and 24 months make it easier for patients! Extended payment plays with low monthly payments and up to 48 months to pay.
